To start we need your CIPC registration documents (if you are a Pty Ltd), the last 12 months of bank statements, your latest set of financial records or accounting file, and payroll details for any staff. If some of that is missing or messy, that is normal — we will work through it with you during onboarding.

Switching is straightforward and usually takes under a week. We request your accounting file and supporting records from your current provider, reconcile the opening balances, take over your cloud accounting subscription and set up the deadline calendar. You do not need to have an awkward conversation first — many clients let us handle the handover request.

Yes. We handle payroll from a single employee upward — monthly payroll runs, payslips for your staff, leave tracking and clean payroll records kept alongside your books. Payroll is priced per employee on top of your monthly bookkeeping package.

Yes — we handle CIPC company registration, beneficial ownership filings and annual returns, and we will set your books up properly from day one so you start on the right footing.

We work with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage. If you are not on cloud software yet, we will set you up and migrate your data as part of onboarding, at no extra charge.
